Bogomila Tosheva
I’m a Registered Associate Nutritionist & Nutrition Counsellor, dedicated to helping people rebuild a calm, trusting, and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies.
I understand how confusing the nutrition world can be, full of mixed messages, quick fixes, and guilt-driven advice. My work is about cutting through that noise and helping you find what truly feels supportive for you. I combine evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, person-centred counselling approach, so the focus is never on perfection or rules, but on understanding, curiosity, and genuine self-care.
Many of my clients come to me after years of dieting or struggling with emotional and disordered eating. Together, we explore what’s underneath those patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and rebuild confidence in eating and body trust.
I also support people who are using GLP-1 medications such as Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Ozempic. Having worked closely with clients on these treatments, I’ve seen how often the guidance focuses on restriction rather than wellbeing. My approach combines physical and psychological support to help you maintain nourishment, muscle health, and emotional balance as your body adjusts.
At the heart of my work is compassion, flexibility, and respect for your autonomy. I believe that health is not a moral obligation and that every body is worthy of care.
